&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The EEA and Norway Grants 2021&amp;ndash;2028&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;For the 2021&amp;ndash;2028 funding period, &amp;euro;3.268 billion has been allocated to advance three key priorities: the European green transition, democracy and human rights, and social inclusion and resilience. In support of this ambitious programme, EWORX designed and developed a multisite platform that brings together countries, programmes, and partner organisations within a unified digital ecosystem.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The platform enables decentralised content management while maintaining consistency, strong governance, and accessibility across all sites. Built for scalability and collaboration, it simplifies access to funding information, programme results, and partnership opportunities, while enhancing transparency for diverse audiences.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

      <title>Incident Reporting and Whistleblowing Policy</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;In 2019, the European Parliament and the Εuropean Council issued the &lt;a href="https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=celex%3A32019L1937" target="_blank"&gt;Directive (EU) 2019/1937&lt;/a&gt; aiming at &amp;quot;the protection of persons reporting violations of Union law&amp;quot;. The Directive aims to encourage and commit to the enforcement of Union law and policies in specific areas by establishing common minimum standards that will guarantee the protection of persons who report violations of Union law.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The Directive was incorporated into national legislation by law &lt;a href="https://www.apdhp-dm.gov.gr/images/yppa/yppa-n4990-2022.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;4990/2022 (Official Gazette A 210/11.11.2022)&lt;/a&gt; (PDF).&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The Whistleblowing Policy (hereinafter &amp;ldquo;Policy&amp;rdquo;) is an important safeguard for the recognition of risks, the detection and prevention of unfair practices, the discouraging or even cessation of any offending behavior and maintaining the trust of the interested parties, by allowing EWORX (hereinafter &amp;quot;Company&amp;quot;) to intervene where deemed necessary.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;This policy has immediate and universal effect and has been posted on the company&amp;#39;s internal network to which all employees have access.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;Purpose&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The purpose of this policy is to:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Assure petitioners that they can raise genuine concerns without fear of retaliation.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Enhance integrity, transparency, accountability and adopt appropriate corrective and/or punitive measures as well as protecting stakeholders and the company&amp;#39;s interests.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;Recipients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Reports must be based on the honest and reasonable belief of the commission or possible commission of a criminal act or misdemeanor as defined by &lt;strong&gt;Law 4990/2022&lt;/strong&gt;. Reporting of suspicious incidents or serious irregularities by the Company&amp;#39;s stakeholders is encouraged.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;Protection of Petitioners and Reported Persons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The Company emphasises the importance of &amp;quot;good faith&amp;quot; in reports. Protects those who make good faith reports or complaints from retaliation, discrimination, or adverse treatment. If the report is not confirmed, there will be no consequences for the petitioners. Furthermore, if the petitioner has participated in the act complained of, his contribution to the detection of the irregularity will be taken into account. Reported persons have the right to be informed of the charges against them, unless this impedes the investigation. In this case, the notification of the persons concerned by the report/complaint may be postponed until this risk ceases to exist.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;How to Submit Complaints/Reports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The submission of reports is made exclusively in writing, by name or anonymously, in Greek or English.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The available channels for submitting written complaints/reports are the following:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;

&lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;Report Receipt and Monitoring Officer (RRMO)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The company has appointed a Report Receipt and Monitoring Officer (RRMO) who is a member of the human resources department.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;In this context, the RRMO aims to:&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;ul&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Perform their duties with integrity, objectivity, impartiality, transparency and social responsibility.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Respect and observe the rules of secrecy and confidentiality for matters of which they became aware during the exercise of their duties.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Refrain from the management of specific cases, declaring an obstacle, if there is a conflict of interest.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Provide appropriate information about the possibility of submitting a report within the institution and communicate the relevant information in a prominent place in the institution.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Receive reports of violations falling within the scope hereof.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Confirm the receipt of the report to the Petitioner within a period of seven (7) working days from the day of receipt.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Take the necessary actions, in order for the competent bodies of the institution or the relevant institutions to deal with the report, or to end the procedure, by archiving the report, if it is incomprehensible or is submitted abusively or does not contain incidents that document a violation of EU law or there are no serious indications of such a violation and the notification of the relevant decision to the petitioner who, if he considers that it has not been dealt with effectively, may resubmit it to the National Transparency Authority (hereinafter NTA), which, as an external channel, exercises the powers of Article 12 of Law 4990/2022.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Ensure the protection of the confidentiality of the identity of the Petitioner and any third party named in the report, preventing access to it by unauthorised persons.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Follow up on reports and maintain communication with the Petitioner and, if required, request further information from them.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Provide information to the Petitioner about the actions they undertake within a reasonable period of time, which does not exceed three (3) months from the acknowledgment of receipt, or if no acknowledgment has been sent to the Petitioner, three (3) months starting from after the first seven (7) working days from the submission of the report.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Provide clear and easily accessible information on the procedures by which reports can be submitted to the NTA and to public bodies or institutions and other bodies or organisations of the European Union.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
	&lt;li&gt;&#xD;
		Plan and coordinate training actions related to ethics and integrity, and to participate in drawing up internal policies to strengthen integrity and transparency in the company.&lt;/li&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/ul&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;In the event that the RRMO performs other duties, it is ensured that the exercise of these duties does not affect their independence and does not lead to a conflict of interests in relation to the duties mentioned above.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;h4&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;Processing of Personal Data&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The company declares that the personal data of the reported and other potentially involved persons, including sensitive information such as national origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, and health related information, will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions on personal data protection and the company&amp;#39;s privacy policy.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Only the data that is necessary to investigate the validity of the report and settle it will be processed. Personal data, which is obviously not related to the handling of a specific report, or is excessive, not collected, or has been collected accidentally, is deleted without delay.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The personal data will initially be processed by the Data Controller (RRMO), as determined by this policy, subject to the specific laws that apply to the matter. This processing has the sole purpose of carrying out the procedures provided for in this policy. Therefore, for the effective management of submitted reports, as well as for full compliance with legal obligations and regulations, personal data will be processed, fully respecting the privacy, fundamental rights, freedom and dignity of the individuals involved.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;The Company adopts all the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>2015 Season's Greetings from Eworx</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;img alt="" src="https://www.eworx.gr/resources/toolip/img/2016/02/08/seasons-greetings-2016.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Was 2016 named the &amp;quot;European Year to End&amp;nbsp;Violence Against Women&amp;quot;?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;It has become an Eworx tradition to combine our Christmas and New Year&amp;#39;s wishes to you with the &amp;quot;European Year&amp;quot; institution. The European Union selects an important cause each year and puts forward policies and launches initiatives to raise awareness and promote it across the Member States and the world. But was 2016 different? We&amp;#39;ve seen initiatives from political &lt;a href="http://www.socialistsanddemocrats.eu/newsroom/2016-european-year-end-violence-against-women" target="_blank"&gt;parties&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;a href="http://www.change.org/p/european-commission-president-barroso-establish-now-a-european-year-to-end-violence-against-women-and-girls" target="_blank"&gt;civil society&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;to promote and name 2016 as the European Year to End Violence Against Women but we&amp;#39;re not sure what happened at the end.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;Nevertheless, it&amp;#39;s a good cause and, during 2015, we&amp;#39;ve been fortunate to work on two major initiatives that promoted it, namely the &lt;a href="http://eige.europa.eu/gender-based-violence/white-ribbon" target="_blank"&gt;EIGE&amp;#39;s White Ribbon Campaign&lt;/a&gt; and the &lt;a href="http://fra.europa.eu/en/vaw-survey-results" target="_blank"&gt;FRA&amp;#39;s Violence Against Women Survey&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;As you may see from these two projects, however progressive European societies may think they are, the problem persists and we need to work harder to eliminate it. We need to look after the safety and well-being of the women of our societies and, if possible, influence non-European societies where women are still not treated equally.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;p&gt;From all of us at Eworx, a big thank-you for a creative and productive 2015. Help us spread the message and have a great New Year 2016!&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

&lt;p&gt;Christmas is the season we wish to spend with our loved ones but also the time to pause for a moment, look back at what we&amp;#39;ve accomplished and review our priorities. Development Aid has been a priority of the European Union for years now, and it has named 2015 as the European Year for Development. Development means growth but it also means helping and supporting the weaker and poorer. The main goal of the European Year for Development is to show how Development Aid is helping people living in both some of the world&amp;#39;s poorest countries and EU citizens themselves. 							&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, we provide marketing and visualisation services to the European Research Council Executive Agency (ERCEA) in Belgium.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;In Greece, we develop a new portal for bedding company Coco-Mat, which is delivered in ten stand-alone and multilingual country websites for the United States and Canada, China, Spain, Germany, Holland, Greece, Belgium, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, France, South Korea and Italy.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;Towards the end of the year, the company won the contract to develop the EuroGender website for the European Institute for Gender Equality&amp;#39;s (EIGE) in Lithuania.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

							&lt;p&gt;One was with the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA ) in Spain regarding the development of a very important application that monitors fishing in European waters.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;The other was with existing client Eurofound (European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions) in Ireland for the provision of web application maintenance and application development services.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

							&lt;p&gt;A new year, new standards and a new contract to evaluate Web accessibility in European countries. The project was led by Empirica (Germany), with participation from both the Work Research Centre (Ireland) and Eworx, whereas funding was provided by DG Information Society.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;Our re-design of the Hellenic American University (HAU) portal earned us our first Ermis Award, presented by the Greek Association of Advertising and Communications. We also pick up an Ermis for our work on the news website Newstime.gr.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;In the cultural sector we launch the website for the artist &lt;a href="http://www.apostoloskoustas.com" target="_blank"&gt;Apostolos Koustas&lt;/a&gt; and secure projects for the development of websites for &lt;a href="http://www.domnasamiou.gr/" target="_blank"&gt;Domna Samiou&lt;/a&gt;, one of Greece&amp;rsquo;s most famous folk artists, and the Athens State Orchestra.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;A contract is signed with the European Commission&amp;#39;s DG for Communication to develop the ED Intranet, a communication and reporting tool for Europe Direct Network (EDN) members around Europe.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;We continued our collaboration with the European Union for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in Austria where we are awarded two new framework contracts for the provision of internet and intranet web based services.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

							&lt;p&gt;The company signs a framework contract with the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Belgium. Eleftherotypia, then one of the most popular newspapers in Greece, asks the company to develop a new CMS based news portal. Our ToolipTM CMS undergoes major optimisation to handle the envisioned increase in traffic.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;We participate as technical partners on the OASIS project, funded by DG Information Society under the 7th Framework Programme, and sign a contract with the EMCDDA in Lisbon for the provision of a system to support its grant agreements and other project management activities.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;A new framework contract is secured with the Eurofound in Ireland for the provision of services to support its internal information systems&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

							&lt;p&gt;Projx our web-based Project Portfolio Management System which is customized to address the project management needs and requirements of European Agencies begins its design and implementation cycle.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;In the cultural field we launched the website for the Macedonian Museum of Contemporary Art and the musical folklore archives, Melpo Merlie.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;At the end of the year, we signed a contract with the Greek Ombudsman for consultancy, development and maintenance services.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;

							&lt;p&gt;Embarking on a new era, the company is awarded important contracts with the Ireland-based European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) and with the European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA), which is headquartered in Greece, for the redesign of its website.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;In addition, the VISP project (funded under the 6th Framework Programme) began on September 2005, in partnership with several important companies and universities from across Europe.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
							&lt;p&gt;Furthermore, as a consortium coordinator, EWORX signed a grant agreement with the European Commission&amp;#39;s Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (Belgium) for the Social Dialogue Network Project (SDNet). The project involved the collection and dissemination of European policies, practices and innovative developments related to the vocational training and employment of people with disability.&lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
