- Job Applications: If you apply for a specific job, your CV will be deleted one (1) year after submission unless you request from us to keep it for future opportunities. In that case, it will be stored for up to five (5) years from the last submission, unless renewed. You can request deletion at any time.
- Exercise Submissions: If you submit an exercise as part of the hiring process, we will retain your personal data and responses for one (1) year, after which they will be deleted.
- General Inquiries: If you contact us via the contact form, we will retain your data for one (1) year from submission before deletion.
- Other Cases: Personal data collected for other purposes is retained for a predefined, limited period based on the purpose of processing. After this period, data is deleted unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
