You will join our development team creating and maintaining IoT applications for international use case. In this role, you will work together with front-end and backend developers, UX designers and project managers.

Typical Responsibilities

Benchmarking between available solutions and applications to best fit each use case.

Building, extending and maintaining IoT applications (device selection and control, sensor design and deployment, prototype PCB design etc).

Working with analysts, designers and project owners in an agile set up.

Site surveying and testing for PoC validation, inconsistencies, faults etc.

Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.

Coordinating with team members; giving and asking for help.
Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related subject.

Strong written and verbal technical communication skills; ability to explain and document problems and solutions.

Ability to engineer hardware and software (firmware) solutions using best practices, open standards and principles.

Strong hardware/IoT knowledge with one or more modern frameworks (e.g. Arduino, MCUs, ESP32, STM32, RF technologies etc.).
- Strong knowledge of tooling (incl. PCB design, development environments, debugging).
The following will be considered a strong plus:

Good knowledge of low power set-ups (LPWAN, protocols such as LoRa, NB-IoT, IEEE 802.15.4g).

Good knowledge of data collection and management methods (MQTT, JSON, IoT cloud stacks, TTN).

Hands-on prototyping experience.
